We proudly accept secure online payments via credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Online check payments must clear our bank (5 business days) before your order is processed and shipped. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments via phone during regular business hours. Purchase orders and mail-in check payments are accepted by approved customers only. We do not accept PayPal.

Required 7.75% California state sales tax will be applied automatically at checkout for orders received by California residents.

Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is received. Please check your "junk" email settings if you do not receive this email within one hour after an order is placed. Whenever possible, we will also provide tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

As some products are "built to order" or subject to temporary back-orders, on rare occasion shipping for some products may be delayed up to 10 business days. Whenever possible, you will receive notification via email if such a delay occurs.

To help ensure all orders are processed for our valued customers in the most expedient manner possible, some products purchased from us may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may arrive separately.

Sorry, no "rain checks" on advertised specials, clearance items, or out-of-stock products.

We proudly offer shipping within the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico for many products. Additional shipping costs and/or handling fees may apply for items shipped outside the contiguous USA. We do not offer free shipping for items shipped outside the contiguous USA.

Please inspect all products purchased from us and report any damage to us within two (2) business days after receipt. We are not responsible for shipping damage reported to us after this time.

All warranty claims are handled direct with the respective product manufacturer. If you require warranty assistance for any product purchased from an EBD Stores affiliated website, please contact us. We will gladly request a warranty claim / RMA# from the respective manufacturer on your behalf. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
